The Pre-Visit
1. You will fill out the " New Guest Application". This will not only help us decide which service you should receive but will give you and I an idea of cost, service, and what to expect with your service.
2.After submitting your application, You will receive an email letting you know the exact service to book and you will gain access to my booking site. Time to pick your date!
3. After choosing your date and time, You will receive a New Guest Email that will walk you through everything to expect when getting to the salon.

​4. If You will be receiving an extension service I will see you in the salon or zoom soon for your consultation!

5. The day of your appointment you will receive a form to fill out giving you options of add on services ( deep conditioning, eyebrow waxing, and more), your choice of a drink, other wonderful amenities, and a reminder of policies.

6. See you in the salon!
The Visit
Walking into the salon you will immediately feel the warmth. You will be welcomed with your drink and we will get right to the service. ( Most Extension services will require a consultation prior). If we do a consultation day of service, be prepared for an in depth conversation of your hair goals.

You can look forward to a wonderful scalp massage at a point in your appointment time that will help you relax and enjoy your appointment. Kind conversations, and warm amenities.

After Goodbye
After we say goodbye you should be more than confident with your new hair. This is because of our thorough consultation. Within 36 hours you will be receiving an email with all of the products I recommend for the upkeep of your new look , it will include when your next appointment should be booked, and it will give you options on how to contact me for any questions or concerns.
